Day at the Races: A Strategy Game for Horse Racing Fans

Day at the Races is a horse racing strategy game developed by Friday Night Software. The game is available for Windows and comes with a full version license. While luck plays a part in the game, each horse and jockey commence with their own randomly generated attributes and skills which change accordingly as the game progresses.

The game features races held on 5 different track surfaces over a variety of distances, with 5 races per day and a choice of a 10, 20 or 30 day simulated event. Players can study the form guide for upcoming races, as well as horse and jockey career statistics to help them pick a winner. There's also the temptation to risk using illegal means to win a race. Players can buy or sell their horse at auctions and enter their horse in the prestigious "Day at the Races" cup to secure their place in horse racing history.

Note that the game cannot be played at resolutions lower than 1920 x 1080 and scaling must be set to 100%. Overall, Day at the Races is a light-hearted horse racing game that will appeal to fans of strategy games and horse racing alike.
